


QTJ4-26 Semi-automatic Block Machine adopts complete semi-automatic workflow with unified control cabinet. All core actions including upper mould lifting, feeding and material discharging are electrically driven without complex manual hydraulic operation. Operators only conduct simple auxiliary work like pallet delivery and finished block stacking, greatly lowering labor threshold and labor cost for small and medium brick factories.
Equipped with bottom independent vibration box of European flat vibration craft, it delivers 45KN exciting force and 4200r/min vibration frequency within 26s molding cycle. Vibration evenly covers the 850×450mm pallet to produce dense blocks. Separated vibration box avoids motor overload burnout, ensuring stable long-time semi-automatic continuous production.
Compared with costly full-automatic production lines, this semi-automatic model cuts equipment procurement cost while keeping high capacity. It can produce 4–6 hollow blocks or up to 18 solid bricks per cycle, 20,000 solid bricks per 8-hour shift, balancing input cost and daily output perfectly.

The whole machine weighs 2750kg with thick steel integrated welding, resisting deformation under long-term high-frequency vibration. It is matched with 11.6KW three-phase motor, adapting various regional power grid conditions for steady semi-automatic running.
Standard free hollow manganese steel mould is supplied. By replacing different moulds, the block machine can manufacture hollow blocks, solid bricks and slope protection bricks, realizing multi-purpose semi-automatic production to meet diverse construction orders.

The whole semi-automatic line includes JQ350 thickened mixer, 6m 4-layer conveyor, frequency conversion intelligent stacker and hand trolleys. All devices coordinate seamlessly to form a complete closed-loop production flow, and all sets fit into one 20ft container for convenient sea transportation.
It supports sand, stone, cement, fly ash, slag and other industrial wastes as raw materials with standard proportion reference. Factories utilize local waste resources to reduce raw material expenditure during daily semi-automatic mass production.
